  We have eaten here many times and are NEVER disapointed!! My husband LOVES the lasagna and I LOVE both eggplant dishes. The place is not fancy at all come in jeans. Be prepared to wait a bit for your food because they cook everything to order. It will definitely be worth the wait!!! I didn't give them 5 stars because I think their prices are a bit high!!

  ***UPDATED***
  I have now knocked my review down to one star. As stated previously I will only get take out from them. They now state "we don't do kids meals for carry out". So we will be taking our business elsewhere.
  
  I came back trying to give them another chance. Don't get me wrong, the food is good. Would definitely get carry out from here. But I can not ever go back to eat at the actual restaurant. It is the slowest place I have ever eaten at. There were 4 other tables when we went in and it still took over an hour for 3 pasta dishes. We had our toddler with us and she was literally climbing the walls.  The kids menu is $9 for just spaghetti. Our daughter wanted ravioli so we bought the adult portion and they said the only side we could get was a salad so we said not to bother. After waiting 40 minutes with no bread or anything for our toddler to eat, our waitress finally comes back and says our food is almost out. 30 minutes until the food actually comes out. This place, although says it is kid friendly, take my advice and do not bring your small children here. We will not be dining in again.

  Considering how much I love Italian food and how close this place is to my home, I don't know why I don't visit more often.
  I still love this place but am bumping them down a notch because:
  
  My visit last night was my first time trying their pizza. I ordered extra cheese, pepperoni and jalapeno peppers. As you can see from the pic I'm posting, after removing the pepperoni and jalapeno peppers from a slice, there's hardly any cheese there. I would consider this amount of cheese too skimpy even if I hadn't requested extra.
  
  They have a veggie type pizza that comes w/ broccoli (which I love on pizza) but you have to specifically order the veggie pizza to get broccoli. They don't offer it as a topping for other pizzas which strikes me as odd. Also, when ordering, I asked for a container of extra, warmed up pizza sauce on the side but was told they don't do that. My server said their sauce is cold and they don't serve extra on the side. Seems like too many limits on topping choices/special requests, all of which seem unnecessary.
  The pizza did taste great though, so there is that.
  
  They've scaled the menu down a bit but you'd barely notice as there are still a lot of choices including all the basics imaginable as well as some signature dishes.
  They had their creamy Italian salad dressing available and I personally recommend getting this if you have a salad - it's incredible.
  I finished things off with their Tiramisu which is excellent.

  What an amazing Italian Restaurant find in Cheviot of all places. This little eatery is very unassuming. Basic basic set-up..you can tell it's been around for a while..not that it's run down in anyway..it just looks..like it's been there for a while.
  
  We were surprised at the quality of food that we received. Apparently this place is run by a very authentic Italian family that makes everything from scratch from authentic Italian recipes. I can tell you from what we tried, everything here was phenomenal.
  
  We started with the garlic cheese bread. It was perfect. Cheese and garlic covered every inch of this bread, and it was just warm and gooey and perfect. Perfect amounts bread, cheese, and garlic.
  
  We ordered a large pizza half cheese half pepperoni. The reason we found this place in the first place was that we were looking for a new different kind of pizza to try in the Cincinnati area. What they serve is a New York style pizza, thinner crust, big slices. I would have to say that this pizza was one of the best New York styles I have ever tried and rivals a lot of the pizza they serve in New York City. The cheese was great, the sauce was just right (not acidic at all..which most sauces are) and the crust complimented everything else perfectly. A home run of a pizza that I know I will be craving in the future.
  
  My girlfriend wanted to try one of the pastas so she ended up going with the Fettucini Alfredo. She said it was excellent. The noodles were just the right size and the sauce they used was amazing. She proclaimed it one of the better Fettucini Alredo's she's ever had..and she's tried a lot so that is some pretty high praise.
  
  We were stuffed with plenty of left-overs to take home..but we just had to see what their authentic freshly made cannoli's tasted like. We ordered two to go. I got to tell you..wow. The presentation alone of these cannoli's was incredible. They did not disappoint. The creme they used was so sweet and the crust and chocolate all throughout worked perfectly all combined. One of the best cannoli's either of us had ever tasted.
  
  The prices here are a bit steep but you know what..you pay for quality. And this food is of the highest quality. Plus we had at least two more meals in left-overs because of how big the portions were.
  
  We would and will definitely go back..and we would highly recommend this place to anyone into Italian food that has never tried it.

  You have to know what you are getting when you go here.  The food is good and as you can see by other reviews some would say great.  I like the Lasagna and Eggplant Parmesan.  You have to accept when you go here the service is NOT going to be fast.  I have been there when it wasn't busy and the service was still slow, they will not apologize for it.  If you want to spend time with friends, drink, relax, have good Italian food this is your place.  If you are looking for a quick meal don't go.
